Sorting and paring down is by far, the most time-consuming step in the downsizing process. A proactive and thorough plan is advised.​

• Space plan for comfort and safety. Redesigning your existing home environment or assisting with a new home's floorplan, we're extremely good at putting cozy, sensible and livable spaces together. We focus on comfort, not clutter. If you're selling your home, we can also stage the house for the real estate market making it photo and buyer-sensory ready. "The Pretty Penny" approach.

• Pack, schedule the moving company, manage the move, and unpack--we handle it all. Our goal is to get you settled in as quickly as possible so you can begin enjoying your new "Living Smaller & Loving It!"  lifestyle.

• Whether moving or staying in your home, there will be items that you will no longer want or need that must be dealt with. We can assist with aligning you with estate sale or auction companies or buy-out and consignment shops. Donation centers may also be a consideration.

• ​Work with families/adult children as mom and/or dad move to a retirement or assisted living community. This can be a difficult journey and we're here to help by making available many of the services offerings listed above. We have lived this and know first-hand how hard this can be on the family.
