WORKING with OUR CUSTOMERS

We work hard to find the right solutions.

Finding the Perfect New Home. Whether downsizing to a smaller, more manageable environment, moving to a retirement or assisted living community, upsizing to a much larger family home, or purchasing your very first house, we'll work hard to

find you the perfect home.

Move Management Assistance. We can help with pre-move tasks like sorting and paring down and space planning which

will determine the furniture that will fit in your new home. We'll hire the mover, pack your belongings, supervise the move,

unpack and get you settled in.

Having an Estate Sale. When there is a considerable amount

of furniture and household content left after the move, having a sale is a great way to dispose of it. We offer our customers sale options depending on the overall content and its value.

Preparing Your Home for the Real Estate Market. A house that is properly prepared and staged prior to putting it on the market will show better and sell faster especially in a seller's market. Today, buyers shop online and quality photos that show the home in a positive light will result in a showing appointment. It's important that a potential buyer focus on the assets of your house, not the stuff in it. We can help with de-cluttering and

de-personalizing your home in addition to staging.

Selling Your House. Selecting the right REALTOR® is a very important business decision, so much so, that we suggest interviewing several agents to make sure the "fit" is right. What will each REALTOR® do to ensure you receive topnotch, proven marketing of your property and ultimately the highest sales price possible? And don't forget the personality match aspect. Can you see yourself working with the agent for weeks or perhaps months until your home sells/closes? What is their communication style? What type(s) of communication is important to you? Again, this is a very important working relationship that shouldn't be taken lightly. Take the time to interview and feel confident with your selection decision.
