Because Every Work Assignment is Different......we always begin with a FREE consultation which gives us the opportunity to get acquainted with the potential customer. Working together, we identify, define, and prioritize the exact needs and then align our services to meet those needs. Once the needs and services have been agreed upon, we prepare a rough draft proposal or plan that outlines the type of services, the time required to complete the services, and the total cost estimate of the job. Upon customer approval of the rough draft proposal, a final plan is written. Once approved, the final plan becomes our joint working road map and signed contract. When parts of the final plan are changed in any significant way such as additional work needed or agreed upon work not performed, an addendum stating the revision(s) is written and signed.
Hourly/Daily/Weekly/Project RatesOur work assignments vary and can last anywhere from a few hours to several days, weeks or even months before the work is completed. Because of these work schedule variances, we can customize our time and services costs to better fit the particulars of each assignment.We also provide quotes for long distance work assignments which are typically estimated using our daily or weekly rates plus all expenses. An example of this type of assignment would be managing the long distance (non-medical) move of a parent or loved one for the family.
